Gratifi used a mix of direct communications, personalised program dashboards and online auction rewards to help The Distributors create an engaging, personalised relationship with their Sales Reps. Communications and training content were designed with engagement in mind – highlighting new challenges, exciting offers, and competitive leaderboards to clients, branches, and sponsors registered with the program:

  • Monthly training resources to increase confidence and boost sales
  • Competitive and fun prize auctions, leaderboards, and bonus point periods to drive engagement and reward high performers
  • Custom suite of premium appliances, tech gadgets, concert experiences, and more, sourced to align with the network’s interest
