Heartfelt video brings to life how Spark NZ can help transform business digitally
Spark NZ partnered with Gratifii (formerly Hachiko) to help them bring to life their Software + Hardware offering to new and existing customers. We needed to showcase how Spark, Windows 10 Pro and the new HP Dragonfly device could help New Zealand businesses build a digital future.
We needed to come up with a campaign to tell Spark’s unique offering while at the same time, meet Microsoft’s requirements to ensure that Windows 10 Pro was being featured in all campaign elements..
We designed a campaign built around one of Spark’s Customers – Age Concern – a NFP organisation based in Ortago Southland.
With 78% of people watching online videos every week, we recommended producing a Video Case Study focused on how Age Concern partnered with Spark during COVID19, to solve their critical IT and business challenges during the unpredictable pandemic. This video became the HERO piece for this campaign where Gratifii created several digital assets to help promote this story in market.
Age Concern is a NFP organisation based in Ortago Southland. They are a small team who were not digitally set up when COVID19 occurred. They needed a solution to be able to work remotely and communicate with internal staff and external customers.
Partnering with Spark, they implemented Microsoft Teams and HP Dragonfly devices to digitally transform their business enabling them to continue to deliver essential care services to their community.
All creative assets featured the Age Concern Team, who became the face of the Spark campaign. This creative approach really gave Spark the opportunity to move away from the generic product branding and really give their solution a unique and personal touch.
Gratifii produced a very heartfelt video case study which visually brought to life how Spark, Windows 10 and the HP Dragonfly device, can help transform businesses digitally.
Supporting assets were created to help Spark promote their solution to new and existing clients. These included, written version of the case study, website banners, Sales Battlecards featuring the Dragon Fly Product and Microsoft Teams Solution, Digital Banners, Infographics and Customer Ready eDMs. This fully customised content toolkit enabled Spark to reach new and existing customers across a number of digital avenues, in a consistent way.
