Securing
best-in-market value

Rather than simply working within the budget, we looked at it from every angle to deliver maximum value — negotiating smarter, spending intentionally, and ensuring nothing went to waste. 

The venue

The Mercure Resort offered the perfect setting to bring the network together for evening entertainment, outdoor team challenges, inspiring keynote sessions, and practical breakout workshops.

Entertainment

Networking that actually doesn’t feel like networking? That’s the goal. That’s why we kitted out the Poolside Oasis space with custom and branded theming for the Friday Welcome Dinner, and went all out on a fun 1920’s theme for the Saturday Gala Dinner.

Dining

We negotiated exclusive upgrades across all dining and drinks packages, including roaming canapés and food stations that encouraged mingling at Friday night’s dinner, and a show-stopping sit-down feast for Saturday’s Gala Dinner.

Team bonding

Nothing gets people talking like a little friendly rivalry. To break the ice, we teamed up with expert facilitators to run a Survivor-style challenge. Tug-of-war, brain-teasers, and team games — all designed to get people laughing, working together, and making real connections that would help boost growth.

Event promotion

Content that builds excitement, and registrations

We developed a complete suite of custom-branded content, including a distinctive logo, a streamlined registration site, a promotional handbook, and compelling email campaigns. Every element was crafted to generate excitement and simplify the signup process — and it delivered results:

  • Email open rates hit 80%
  • Click-to-open rates were over 30%
  • Half the registrations rolled in within just two weeks of launch

Yes, we managed registrations, oversaw flight bookings, and handled all attendee communications. But, more importantly, we brought a human touch to every part of the conference experience.
